Saturday night about 1:45am we went through the drive through. I placed my order and got my food but she failed to give me back my debit card. I sat at the window for 20 plus minutes waiting for her to come back. I started getting yelled at by the people behind me so I pulled around and went and banged on the window. I could see my card in the card reader. I could see the worker through the window just standing in the very back of the store. It looked like she was talking to someone. I banged again and no response. After 40 plus minutes I finally went to the drive through speaker and yelled that I needed my card back. She finally gave me back my card. I was not drunk or rude at anytime but they definitely were not professional. While all this was going on people were waiting to give orders and just kept driving off. Visit two times a week around midnight and have NEVER had them give me my whole order. I've ordered something as simple as a #1 with a large coke and curly fry. Lady hands me a bag with just a burger. I've ordered two meals multiple tacos and egg rolls and still come up short on tacos and/or egg rolls or fries. DO NOT LEAVE THE WINDOW WITHOUT DOUBLE CHECKING YOUR ORDER!! It's so bad it has to be intentional, there is no way you forget food in every single visit (7) times in a single month. Order regular chicken sandwich and was given spicy chicken. Went back through drive thru lady was extremely rude asked why I didn't taste it before leaving. Asked for replacement meal was given fries that were so cold felt like they just came from freezer. Asked for refund was given refund for sandwich only and told don't come back, all because they are to incompetent to do their job. read more

Me and my girlfriend just left from this location and we ordered an egg roll and it was ice cold in the middle so we now go back and the lady gets the egg roll and apologizes but the employees in the back are laughing so hard at the fact that we had to come back, we wait about 5 minutes and get a new egg roll and she then says "I hope this one is better" , I am very very disappointed because I used to love Jack in the bod so much and this makes me never want to go back. On top of that last time we ordered through DoorDash and the tacos tasted like hand sanitizer. Please do better Jack in the box . read more

I have no problem waiting on my food. I usually don't mind pulling around for you to bring the food out. But when there are 3 other cars waiting on their food then I have a big problem with this. Maybe this location needs new management! And when you finally bring food out you are walking a slow as a slug. read more

I was down the street on business and the yelp app in this unfamiliar neighborhood was not much help. I actually just saw this off 330 and exited since nothing else seemed like it was nearby. I also had a coupon for this establishment I wanted to use. There is nothing inherently wrong with eating at JITB, even when the sun is out. I skipped breakfast since I needed to get out of the door early and drive out to Baytown. So an early lunch sounded good as soon as I was free, and this was closer than driving back downtown. I should have kept driving. The food quality was the same as ever, passable as food. The workers as surly and angry at life as any other fast food place. The cleanliness was average at best, but for fast food being around average is actually pretty good. They were open of course, and the only option off 330 in the area so they had that going for them. The drive thru was moving so slow with only 3 cars in it that is where things went awry - I parked and went inside. Which conveniently a huge truck parked next to me and opened their door directly into the Dragon - fortunately only fire can kill a Dragon and no paint was removed nor obvious ding in the side, but the Dragon's dignity was still bruised. If you are eating here, stay in the drive thru where nobody will swing their truck door into your precious. If forced to park for some reason then do not park next to a truck with the Texas license plate BRX 9965. Altogether, even with a coupon, you can do better than JITB if you drive further in either direction on 330. read more

Never have I seen such a rude, loud, unprofessional supervisor in my life! First, this lady refused to take my order, then after that she goes back in the kitchen screaming obscenities in English and Spanish while children were present in the dining area. This Jack in the box is the worse fast food ever I just left their I had a long day at work and haven't eaten all day this Jack in the box was close to my house so I stopped to grab some food I ordered #7 with curly fries and mind you they didn't even give me curly fries and to think that was bad I go to eat my burger and the meat wasn't even cooked all the way !!!! Absolutely the worst jack in the box by far and I love jack in the box every time i go they miss and or the food taste old. I don't mind calling and letting them know so they could fix it but after so many times of messing up I cannot and today was my last straw! I ordered a strawberry shake along with some other thing paid and received my food and was told pull around the front to wait my shake.. 5 mins pass I know a shake don't take that long so I decided to go inside.. when asking for the shake they ignored me and were talking to each other. Very rude from driving up at the order menu which took 5:27 minutes w one person in front of me and 1 person inside. She says "Go ahead" with your order I request 1 ultimate breakfast sandwhich clearly she asked 4x w hesitance in between finally saying she can't hear Me. Turned my vehicle off and requested the same thing she said she already placed what else. As I pull up to that window she asked what it was that I wanted When I informed her, now for the 6th time she said "they ain't got no ham, extra bacon@. I replied that would be fine. Then I hand her my card and Military ID, she looks dumb founded, then shows her other Co workers and comes back says "they don't do this", having using my Military ID the previous day told her unless it changes within last 12 hours Jack n Box offers Military discount, she then proceeded 3 minutes later said "oh it's Military". Juana is very sweet and friendly in the drive thru. I special ordered food and it was prepared quickly and as I requested. The manager came to the drive thru window also to give me my food and speak, which is abnormal at most fast food places. Overall was a very courteous staff and efficient. read more
