The office staff are very friendly and put you at ease from the very start. When I came in for my initial consultation, I didn't feel rushed or obligated to follow though with surgery. I was shown my options and was even shown the room in which the procedure is done. I really liked that the procedures are done in office so I don't have to travel to different locations. I was then given my quote which was higher than I had anticipated. Prior to booking surgery I had another consultation at another office which quoted me a much lower price but I felt as though the office was more interested in getting money than about your well-being. They had several facilities so I wouldn't know exactly where I would be having surgery until it was scheduled. I decided to go with Dr. Franco and I am so glad I did. I have also had a very good experience with the Limelight Med Spa. The only reasons that I cannot give this facility a 5 star rating is because of the rest of the staff. They were very courteous, but there seems to be a lack of communication behind the scenes. For example, they appear to overbook the doctors in the morning which causes delays (example given: my pre-op appointment was at 9am which I was on time for, but sat in the waiting from until almost 9:45). To avoid this I would suggest spacing out appointments (schedule patients in 15min increments: 9, 9:15, 9:30...). The other reason that I will not give a 5 star rating is because of the confusion with my medication. When leaving my pre-op appointment, I was given a box of sincinecch and a written prescription with only one medication on it. I asked where I could go to fill the prescription and whether of not that written prescription had everything on it. At the time, I was told that I had everything I'd need and could go to any pharmacy to pick it up. I made sure the fill the written prescription prior to the surgery. When the operation was finished, I was in excruciating pain and was informed my the nurse that I was supposed to have two other medications which were not on the written prescription. I later received a voicemail from Peggy saying that she had already ordered the other two prescriptions directly with a Walgreens on August 11th. I was extremely frustrated that I wasn't informed that there were another two prescriptions waiting for me, or even told which Walgreens that the medication was sent to (there's a different Walgreens every two miles from each other, and it took almost an hour for us to find the right one). Please fix the communication problem so that no other patient needs to be in constant pain while playing phone tag the the office and different pharmacies.

It was explained that "touch up" surgery if needed, was included at no cost after the full recovery period. At the 9month post op, i was given the opportunity to schedule for the touch up two days later the post op appointment. I had to decline due to work. It was then explained that they held a wait list for the "free touch up" and there was a fee if I wanted a guaranteed date. Due to the holidays I waited and left my name on the waiting list.... Not sure what the waitlist process really was. As it was not explained, 4 months later it became difficult to know when I would be next. Once I decided to pay the additional fee, I was offered a date the following week. Again, due to work I was not able to accept. It became what felt like a begging game to have communication with the person who handles the "waiting list". Dr Farias team would greatly benefit from service recovery training and an efficient communication policy/process in the event the "free touch up" is requested by patient. Although my surgical results are not symmetrical, the surgery process was just as expected, surgery was safe and had no complications. Considering it is a cosmetic and elective procedure, I will not continue to recommend to friends based on the poor communication at the end.
