As expected airport food and drink are expensive. They are also adding the employee wage and benefits surcharge which is 3%. I guess I don't understand that. I respect your work, but it's not my fault that your employer fails to pay you so why should I have to pick up that and be expected to tip 20+ percent? Food was decent and relatively fairly priced. Drinks were expensive. Place was understaffed with one server at the bar and one server in the restaurant so we had long waits and had to ask multiple times for things. We have a long flight to Lisbon and decided to stop in and get a bite to eat before we boarded. Big mistake stopping at this place. My friend ordered a turkey burger and some fries and I ordered some chicken tenders and some fries. Just trying to play it safe because it was a restaurant in the airport terminal. With that being said, my chicken tenders were as hard as a rock and the inside was so overdone and stringy that it was hard to bite through and it was so bland. I didn't know you could mess chicken tenders up, but apparently this place cracked the code. read more

There are two areas to the pub. We opted to sit in the area near the windows where it was quieter. Service was prompt since it wasn't busy. Of course, when in Philly we must try the Philly Cheese Steak with provolone cheese. The fries were well cooked and the cheese steak was huge. I'm glad we only ordered one to split. This side of the pub doesn't have draft beer so only cans are available. Also, water and other fountain drinks are only available bottled. Since we had a long layover we hung around to watch college football. Unfortunately they were unable to switch the channel. In fact, what ended up on the TV was Philly baseball. Oh well. read more

Stopped in before my flight and Connor was my bartender. He strongly recommended the wings when I asked and he was right! They were perfectly crispy and fresh. I had a couple of margaritas too which were tasty! I will definitely return again if my flight is leaving from nearby this terminal. read more

Service was ok but we were double charged for multiple items and when speaking with the so-called "manager" he said we would have to dispute the charges with our credit card company, so we did but the dispute was denied. Sent multiple emails to the restaurant and never heard anything back. If you like paying double for already overpriced bad food and drinks this is your place. Otherwise, stay away!! read more

I honestly loved the Philly!! It was simple but packed with lots of flavored. The French fries were crispy and soft inside. The reason for my 2 stars it's because the menu has a price listed and they charged me a different price. When asked she " will idk that seems wired " and walked away after grabbing my card. I would just keep an eye out for that other then that the Beer was Ice Cold and Highly recommended the Philly!! In my photos you can see the menu price $17.50 and what I was charged $19.00 . When I asked I had fries not fried onions . She said " that's how they ring it in " I honestly had to run to my gate on the other side. When you are in Philly, you need to get the cheesesteak. I got mine with the Whiz. It was good. Max got a beer and I had an Old Fashioned. Service was fast because they knew we needed to catch a plane. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to take my drink on the plane so I had to chug it down. It wasn't crowded when we arrived, but I can see standing room only when the airport is full of travelers. read more

At Jack Duggan's, we ordered the Big Breakfast to share and a couple of Guinnesses. The Big Breakfast was well portion-sized, and looked amazing when it arrived. The eggs were standard, the scrapple was actually good, but the pancakes tasted funny. There was something off about the pancakes. It may have been the water that was mixed in with the batter, but the pancakes tasted more like beer battered pancakes, and not in a good way. Probably would not recommend getting the pancakes. 2 pretzels that I ordered were excellent. But if you are hungry they are not enough. I believe I paid $10 or $12 for these. Again while they were amazing they were not enough and a bit too pricey for what you get. My bill was $20 for that and a water. People around me food looked amazing so maybe I just ordered the wrong item as I was hungrier than I thought. Next time I think I will go for the rueben. read more

Finished my meal and despite making eye contact multiple times, waited another 2o minutes to get the bill, because being a social butterfly was more important than customer service. When I asked for a glass, the waiter told me I could have one--if I didn't mind it being dirty, because no one was available to wash them. I paid the $15 and left the full cup behind. It started off badly when the only entrance states "exit only". I went in anyway, not knowing exactly what to do, and sat at a "bar seat". It was really just a seat facing the airport with my back to the bar. But, there were outlets, so that was a plus. I ordered, and requested water (this is in the airport, and travelers are usually thirsty). I was informed that only bottled water was available. Great... charge me for something that could have easily been given by the soda fountain. My food came - the Philly with whiz and French fries. First, there was hardly any whiz on the stale roll, and the meat was super salty. Thank goodness I had my bottled water. But the worst was the fries. Yuck! Seriously dried out flavorless logs of sadness. So disappointing! I would not recommend this establishment to any travelers - it's just not good. read more
