S* B* is the rental…read moreagent and I've had issues since before I rented this place. 1st day I came to see the apartment he was late - 10 minutes. On move in day, he was over 30 minutes late. At the 10 minute mark, I called and he was still sitting at his desk. He didn't even have the decency to call to let me know he would be late. When he finally showed, I asked him to communicate more and that I was crunched for time. He says "I didn't know I would be late. I have things going on too." Wow. EXCELLENT customer service. Been in the apartment for less than a month and the toilet is messed up. There is no emergency maintenance line, so I heard back around 930. He says he texted the plumber and should hear back soon. So I tell him my mom is there but I'm working. He calls back to say "oh by the way, we don't cover it if it's a clogged drain". So, 45 minutes later, still no plumber. When I call S*, he says "oh, I thought you were at work". When I reminded him that my mom was there waiting, he said nothing. I really hate to be dealing with a selfish and incompetent Property Manager.
