He helped me weigh the pros and cons of surgery and set realistic expectations. He listens and understands my unique goals - to work without pain, to swim for exercise, and to pick up my toddlers. As a physician myself, I believe he is a true expert in his field. Highly recommended for shoulder pain. Update a year later: after labrum repair shoulder surgery, My insurance changed so I saw another PT. With the other physical therapists, things were better, then worse.... better then worse. I decided to pay out of pocket for Evan and I am so glad I did! Within a week back at Kime I was pain free and progressing. With a few simple yet effective stretches and exercises, I am now able to swim laps, work, and lift my children!

She took one look at me and my feeble attempt at walking, gave me that "we're gonna fix this" confidence, and suddenly I'm doing more squats and lunges than I knew the human body could legally perform in one hour. And somehow she made it fun. And shoutout to Dylan and Jesse, the MVP assistants they're hilarious, so encouraging, and make squats and lunges feel like a social event instead of punishment. Fast-forward: I can run again. I finished a whole month-long running challenge at my gym in August. This from the same person who was treating a dog walk like an extreme sport back in March. The entire staff at Parry PT is exceptional, upbeat, and genuinely cares. There's this sense of community in the clinic. If you need physical therapy, go to Parry. These people are so dishonest, and they purposely hide the fact that they WILL charge you more if you have insurance even if your insurance won't cover it, even though they have an option to pay less if your deductible is high, but they don't tell you that outright. I spoke to an agent in the phone who snarkily said "Well we didn't HIDE it from you. If you had asked about it we would have told you." To which I responded "How can I ask about something I don't know about?!" Then she realized I wasn't going to be pushed around, hopefully realized it was an idiotic thing to say, and said she'd forward me to her supervisor. They also have an INCREDIBLY confusing billing page, which has still not been explained well to me. And it's taken well over a year to even tell me how much it was going to cost, after I had had A YEAR OF APPOINTMENTS ! They even say on their website that they won't book you until you know how much it will cost, which also isn't true. So now I have to deal with all this headache and it is ridiculous how much they scam you. The only reason I went with Luna was because my original physical therapist, who is amazing, was working with them. We'll never again. Save yourself the trouble. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Update: I stand by my original review and the experience I described. However, I do appreciate Luna's willingness to rectify their mistake. Someone from their billing department reached out to me directly, acknowledged my concerns, and adjusted my pricing to the self-pay rate that I should have been offered to me from the beginning. There was no background music at all, that was weird. The massage was ok, while I was on my stomach he got on the table with me to put all of his body weight on my legs. When I was on my back he got on the table again to put his weight on me. I've never had that happen in a massage before. After my massage my lower back hurt. Overall a strange experience.

I was shocked to receive a $600 bill, with $400 of the bill being for a 30-minute visit with the provider. The other $200 was because they gave me a rubber band tied to a hand towel and briefly showed me exercises to do with it. All other offices I've worked with have informed me beforehand if a substantial amount of their appointment would not be covered by insurance. Please be advised to obtain an estimate before your appointment, as they will not inform you if you're not covered, even in my case, where they are in-network with my insurance.
