I recently worked with Jeff at Superior Outdoor Spaces to put in a deck at my mom's house. I got…read morethree different quotes and was the most impressed by Jeff's knowledge and responsiveness. These things matter more than price. The price just needs to be competitive! But anyway, we went three a couple weeks of waiting and then everything started clicking. The crew delivered a dumpster and a pile of building material. They tore down the old deck and built a new one three times the size. After the new deck was up there was a little waiting period for the roofer to get there since we wanted a part of the porch to be covered. After that the county inspector came out and it was done. The deck ended up nicely done and sturdy. As soon as the major heat of summer is over, I'll give it a proper staining. Jeff and his crew did a great job and were responsive the whole time. Excellente!

I shopped with Bravo Granite after a horrifying experience with the other guys who have Pro in…read moretheir business name and the first company pretty much blew me off as if my dollars meant nothing to them. I ordered white quartz kitchen counter tops. My kitchen have a diagonal wall where my sink sits. The pro company came out twice measured and made templates. The first time it was too long cut into two pieces that required bonding a seam to accommodate the diagonal. What you would see typically with a formica top seam. The installer cut through my door trim to make it fit. I was furious. They removed it and remeasured again the two pieces but this time the hole for the faucet was not right and a sorry attempt was made to patch the hole in my discontinued door trim. I called Bravo and went with them because it was a small family business. I felt I could not go wrong in that he is buliding a business and reputation was at stake. Their was a bit of anxiety in that their was a language barrier with the office staff. I had to trust the process of their business model. Octavio the owner came out to measure and make the template and he speaks well and listened to me. He nailed it. He got it right and did not have to cut it into two pieces. No seam. Not only that he and employees respect my property during the installation in comparison to the Pro Company who left sharp razor blades around. His wife the office manager came by during installation to make sure that I was pleased. I was happy with the pricing in comparison as well. Big and established is not always better. Reputation is everything. I highly recommend them. All I can say is you have to let go and trust the process. He is an expert in his craft. Im still not completely finished to provide pictures and this review is late as in Fall of 2023.

I have hired Billie J. Gregory / Construct Elite Builders for other projects in the past and was…read morehappy with the work. For my most recent project to install shelves, I paid $500 upfront. Billie later claimed that this money should be applied to previous jobs he underbid, but the funds were for the shelving project, which he never performed. Despite repeated requests, the money has not been returned. It's unfortunate when someone takes advantage of a client who is trying to help, which reflects poorly on their business practices. I cannot recommend this contractor for projects requiring reliability and follow-through.

Tried calling back during business hours but they didn't answer or return my call. I guess this place doesn't like small orders, which is a shame bc while I need one small piece right now, I am working to remodel my rental homes, so needless to say they won't be getting that business either.

He was incredibly patient, from working around the home inspector for the consultation, the plumber replacing pipes under the sink and appliance delivery. My backsplash tile was very intricate, and I was blown away when I saw him laying it out and making a template to include the many outlets on the wall. Once laid out, he was sure to get my opinion on what part of the tile pattern I wanted to emphasize before tracing the template and making the cuts. Arturo was very punctual, trustworthy and a man of his word. I highly recommend!!! For some reason the pictures I am trying to attach will not upload.
