Based on my experience with Precision I would not recommend calling them for any roofing issues…read more Called Precision Roofing in April 2025 after discovering a leak in my roof. They put on a brand new roof in May 2025. By September 2025 that new roof is leaking in a different spot that has sustained no damage, weather or other. After calling them back they sent someone out to put some caulking material in the area which did nothing, It leaked the very next time it rained. They then told me if I wanted a long term solution I would need to replace the HVAC flue; the same HVAC flue that has been on the home for over 60 years. At no point during the pre-quote inspection, during the quote presentation, while working on the roof, or while collecting payment in full did anyone from Precision Roofing disclose that this was an obstacle that they could not completely seal off. Telling me this after I discovered the new roof leaking is ridiculous. Maybe it's something else, but to me it feels like you either took a job you couldn't complete or did poor work and are making excuses afterwards. All I know is 4 months after Precision Roofing put a brand new roof on my house for 10K I have to call a roofing company again for a leak in my roof

I called a lot of carpet installers and Osmin, the owner of DunRite Services, called me right away,…read moregave me a quote for installing a carpet I bought at Home Depot to be installed in my attic, and scheduled his visit to my house on a Saturday to make sure he has everything he needs before installation. Osmin came the day and time he said he will be at my house. He honored his quote that he gave me over the phone. The next day, Sunday, he came with his other worker exactly when he said he will be at my house. I asked if he cane also vacuum once they're done with the installation and he said that's no problem. Installation was professionally done. Clean, Nice and Very Well Installed. I live in the North Shore and Osmin made it on both days during the weekend. Highly recommend Osmin and DunRite services for their professionalism and their craftsmanship.

McCarriston Plumbing & Heating came highly recommended to us from neighbors and friends…read more Unfortunately, they did not live up to their reputation. They were supposed to install a shower handle for us. I took the day off of work in order to be available to the company at a time that worked for them. When the plumber arrived, he said there was not time to do the work and promised someone from the office would call to reschedule the appointment. No one ever called. He and I discussed him potentially coming on a date later that week. I called the company on that day to confirm that indeed, they were not coming (as I'd not heard from them). I was told they were coming. I reminded them that no one had informed me of the appointment time or date. When the confirmed and rescheduled date and time arrived, I took another day off of work to be available and let them into my home. McCarriston did not arrive. I called them only to be told they had called me three times (though no missed calls appeared on my phone) and that they would have to reschedule. McCarriston Plumbing has now cost me two days of work and I still have a faulty shower head.
