Deal didn't go through and she lost my white-gold spring bar and told me that it is steel and to go…read morereplace it for 3 dollars. Welp it wasn't steel and it was white gold and now out of luck because of her mistake. Blamed it on me and gas-lit me for it. Really unprofessional and wouldn't ever do business again. Stay away and just sell the watch to a jeweler store instead. Have the blackbox video of it happening and will be posting it on social media for everyone to see since "it is my problem now".

After months of emails and sharing with Ms. Baggenstoss all of my existing documents regarding my…read morecollection she unceremoniously emailed me that she needed to "resign from your assignment due to a time crunch currently; apologies for that." Advice to Ms. Baggenstoss- If you don't have time to take on new clients then don't take it them on waste months of time and then drop them 4 days before the work was scheduled to be completed. It's unprofessional, it's a waste of my time and it's completely avoidable. Advice to readers- Be warned, you may spend months only to get nowhere and need to start again. Response: If Ms. Bagenstoss had been remotely apologetic in her cancellation email ( or made any previous mention of health issues or time constraints) I wouldn't have posted negative reviews. Indeed when I emailed her my response to the abrupt cancellation (essentially this review with a mention that I would leave negative reviews) her response in full was "Thank you!". Taking care of yourself and treating other people's time and energy respectfully are not mutually exclusive.

I live in California and was tasked with cleaning out and selling my sister's home in SE Portland…read morewhen she died. It seemed like a monumental task and she had a lot of stuff, including boxes and boxes of papers, old bills, even a warranty for her $60 toothbrush from 10 years ago. Kyle was truly a knight in shining armor who came in and handled everything. We gave him the keys to the house and left it pretty much as she had, with dishes on the shelves in the kitchen and every closet and pantry full. He and his team sorted through eveything, created beautiful displays of her possessions, and recycled all the papers and even some of the older electronics. This is harder to put into words, but Kyle also honored my sister's memory. She was musician. She loved Porland. She loved the Beatles. He displayed her instruments, played Beatles music and had some photos of her around so people could see that this wasn't just "stuff" -- it was the cherished memories of a life well lived. Kyle gave a complete and prompt accounting of the sale and left the house beautifully cleaned, and sent us a lovely letter at the end along with a check. My family and I will forever be grateful for how Kyle and his team made such a difficult process so much easier. Thank you Kyle.

Several mediums are represented, which I really like, so you have options. Oil painting, acrylics, watercolors, metal work, ceramics, wood, paper and even jewelry. Loved the variety of art styles and the fact that the art was affordable. There were pieces across a wide spectrum of prices, many artists offering prints or canvas options of original art at a fraction of the price. Since I have limited wall space, I have to be very particular with the art I purchase and there are two pieces that I am considering. The artists take turns working at the gallery so you get to meet and speak with them, which I find very enjoyable. Art tells a story and getting to know the artists and the story behind the art makes it that much richer. Troutdale has a First Friday from 5-8pm and Red Trillium is part of this fun monthly event.
