I used this company in October 2020 to do an Estate Sale of my Mom's house after she moved into an Assisted Living Facility. After Tania did the walkthrough, the contract she drew up said there would be no Sorting/Organizing fee. However, then after they did all the work she informed me there would be a large sorting/organizing fee. In the end, my Mom only got 28% of the proceeds from the sale: * Sale Proceeds - $4,413.00 * Total Fees - $3,171.00 - 72% * Money to my Mom - $1,242.50 - 28% Even though Tania said from day one they have no hidden fees like the other companies do that is exactly what they had. It was a good engagement for them seeing that they got 72% of the proceeeds. Also, they only do a 1 day sale then 2nd day is bargin day and only a few hours. I'd suggest using Oregon Nest Egg Auctions & Estate Sales LLC which was my first choice but I didn't want to wait the 3 weeks. It should have been a red flag that Tania's company had a cancellation and was able to get the sale going so quickly.
