We asked our neighbor their opinion about their service and for their contact info so we could get a quote too - but just for the front yard for our house (our lots are the same size and the back yards are much larger than the front). Our neighbors haven't been thrilled with Green Point but said they were acceptable if you "keep on them" so we called for a quote - as they are already right next door every week. Martin came out. I explained I only wanted the front yard done for now. We received a quote of what our neighbors pay for less than half of the work! When I emailed back and asked for clarification because I was a) in shock and b) incredulous that is wasn't at least half of what our neighbors pay if not less than half (we have less yard than our neighbors in the front) and c) wanted to give him the opportunity to adjust his gouging since I knew what our neighbors paid, (which is not a cheap amount) or claim innocence and say he mistakenly bid on both front and back, he instead replied that is the quote. Call us extremely dissatisfied that they would try and rip us off, and apparently not interested in taking on new business. Boo hiss. Probably for the best since I don't have time to "keep on the men" like my neighbor does anyway. I'm going to lay bets that when I do find a good service, my neighbor might change too.

I am still in complete awe and amazement that our beautiful backyard has finally came to life…read more Giovanni did a fantastic job designing the concepts from my feedback using his CAD software while also providing his feedback along the way. He listened to all my far-fetched ideas and was patient with me the entire time, but I eventually had to scale back some of those crazy ideas so I could stay within my budget. After many design iterations and so many wishful thinking, I finally decided on what was best for my backyard. Giovanni was very patient with my many changes and ideas and when I finalized the design, his awesome crew went to work. After 4 years of unused backyard space and being probably the last house on my block without a family backyard, I can now say we have a backyard that finally has an identity. The entire process was truly remarkable. Giovanni truly has a keen eye, great understanding and knowledge of materials, working with the materials vendors and providing feedback on changes in the design as well as provide suggestions as well as communicating the work to his fantastic crew that put many hours of physical labor, working under the elements and spending much time and effort to make all of this possible. His crew works hard and they communicate well together. Only the final day of work, I can see that even the crew was truly amazed at the final product that came to fruition with their own hands. I could see a lot of pride from their faces when they finished out the last day as they took pictures of their work. My wife and I are truly happy that we now have a place where we can entertain our family, friends and also enjoy with our dogs and also into our retirement years. Thank you Giovanni and crew for making all of this possible.

A couple of weeks after moving here, I enquires if he & his team could install a fence and gate for us as we wanted to extend what we had. Hector & his team explained what would be involved, adhered to the HOA rules and costed up the work for us which was super competitive compared to others around. They installed a great fence, stained it very well and finally hung the gate all within 3 weeks (due to weather we could not stain and also we waited to get clarification from the HOA on one aspect)....this wasn't a problem for Hector as he believes in doing a job right and his motto is "measure twice and cut once"!
