When the going gets tough, they don't call back. I have had several issues with my septic system…read moreover the years. The pump stops working and the tank overflows. I have had Nest & Sons come pump my tank 3 times in the last year. I have had the the electric pump replaced as well as the baffle and other parts but they are unable to solve the underlying issue. After paying them thousands of dollars it would be nice to have a system that works properly or at the very least an understanding of what needs to be fixed. Very nice people and service but I get the sense they can't be bothered with big problems.

Instead of taking responsibility, the company blamed the issue on "old pipes" and has been completely unresponsive to my repeated calls and requests to speak with a manager. To make matters worse, after causing thousands in damage, they had the audacity to send me a bill for hundreds of dollars. This business has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I strongly urge anyone considering Zoom Drain to look elsewhere.

Plowing snow. Foglio does all the plowing of town roads for Waterboro, Maine…read more I have never had any issues with the job they do. Recently, while the roads were slick, there was an accident near my home. Along with all the necessary emergency equipment that was called, a plow truck from Foglio arrived. It was necessary for them to put down a coating of sand to make the scene safe for all. The plow truck needed to reverse direction. The driver, with perhaps a 12' plow chose a 8' wide drive to turn around. As the home owner waved his flashlight trying to stop this from happening, the driver continued. Well it's the old 'ten pounds in a 5 lb bag'. The driver was not discouraged and proceeded to run over and damage the driveway markers. Well, it's not the end of the world but 20' down the road is a drive that would have easily accommodated the plow truck. Just prior to this, a town fire truck had also turned in the same drive with no damage to any markers. It's not rocket science. Had he only backed in, the truck would have fit without issue.
