We weren't sure what we wanted, the owner came out and looked at the property, helped us plan how it could be set up. We bought it. Paid 1/2 in advance. After the 4 weeks lead time, I followed up. It seemed like something was forgotten. And it would still be a couple of weeks. We waited. Day of installation finally arrived. We are required to pay remaining balance that day. Before installation is complete. They start the installation. Initially said it would be 2 days. They get it done in one day. As soon as they leave my husband notices that the last 1/3 of the twisty slide is practically vertical. The whole family tries it. We all get launched out of this slide. I call immediately to say that this isn't going to work. After several weeks of back and forth, we finally get them out here to address this slide. They show up at 5pm to do this work. With small kids, this isn't appropriate. They rush around trying to beat the day light, walk away with a slide that is less vertical, however now there's about a 3' drop of the bottom of the slide to the ground. With the explanation of "get a mat to catch them". Also unacceptable and it's communicated immediately. But now it's late and now we need to wait some more. Daily phone calls from both me and my husband. And we finally get commitment that they will fix it. And come during daylight so it's not rushed. Several hours again and it's "better" but barely satisfactory. I would've loved to tear it down and send it back and get my money back. It was exhausting and easier to walk away than deal with them any longer. Don't fall into this trap. Spend your money, time and energy elsewhere.

Having some experience in construction I merely wanted and understanding on how a fence could cost as much as some houses/sqft in certain parts of this country. Felt like the guy tried very hard to make it seem like his company was expensive because of their quality and the problem was merely my budget. After reading the other reviews that seems very unlikely. Hard to take a guy seriously when he tries to correct me that the material cost is more than just wood. Hubby beat me to the punch and took him there on one of my work days but this past Saturday after the gym, he suggested we go again and I was all for it. This is a great place to go for indoor play during the winter. It's spacious, there's a ton of indoor playgrounds and a bouncy castle for the kids to go on. My one issue was certain slides and tunnels were a little tight for me to get through. My son does independent play but he does want me to go on playground equipment with him still. I lost a lot of weight so I can fit fine on most playground equipment but this playground equipment wasn't entirely adult friendly. They offer complimentary coffee and tea which I think is really awesome but I was hesitant to try it. I am a coffee snob and since I've had to go back to only drinking almond milk in my coffee and not the nice delicious dairy free creamers I was using to mask the taste of bad coffee I'm hesitant to try coffee at certain places. Hubby seemed to enjoy it but he used the free tasty creamer they put out. Still it's nice that they even offer free coffee. He took the time to look at the other units I was initially interested in and he explained their pros and cons, not just the cons. In the end I really liked the Woodplay Outback 6 in redwood for my kids (Ages 3.5 and 1.5). He tried to talk me out of spending the extra money for the monkey bars now but I really want them when the kids get substantially older and want to make sure that I had the matching items. On Saturday we spoke for 90 minutes about the general product and my vision for the playset On Sunday we spoke for 50 minutes with follow up questions and ensuring I understood everything. On Monday I called in the morning and told Harry that we wanted to order. On Thursday morning his installer called me and was on the way. By 2:30pm the playset was up and we were ready to play. In the end I could not be happier. I ended up with a playset that I can see my kids enjoying into adolescence and the quality that will make that possible.
