That was fine. When I picked it up it cost twice as much as I pay back home. He did do a cleaning, which my other place does too for a battery change. That's okay, everyone has to make a living and store rent in this area is probably higher than where I live.

Denney Jewelers lost my mom's ring -- the gold band and all eight diamonds. My dad died 10 years…read moreago, and this ring was the last piece of him my mom had. It was priceless. Instead of taking responsibility, they told my daughter the eight diamonds were "worthless," that they could "give her 35 of them," and that my mom's ring was "scrap metal" they would have melted down anyway. They acted like losing an irreplaceable family heirloom didn't matter. They also stamped her custom ring as 18K even though it appraised as 14K. The disrespect, dishonesty, and complete lack of accountability were unbelievable. I would never trust them with anything

Today I was served by Christopher and Brandon, and I received some of the best customer service that there is in this world. I had a simple request that will not directly resulting in a sale was still treated quickly politely and kindly in an efficient manner. I was treated almost as if I were royalty, despite the fact that my total dollar value of purchases is not much to brag about. My point is, that whether you are coming in for a $20,000 Dimond or $150 cubic zirconium engagement ring you will be treated like you are the best and greatest customer in the world. This review is based on past and multiple experiences, and I also draw from my experience at other jewelry Outlets. I will forever be a lifetime customer at Helzberg. I will always enjoy coming into their stores which are clean well maintained and picture perfect The staff appearance is top-notch. And just as polished as the gems they display. It doesn't matter where you come from, this is the best jewelry store and a jewelry vendor that you can go to both as a location by itself and as an overarching branch. We always write things up to five stars, but this particular Helzberg and the company and services they provide deserve 6 stars or more. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here and we'll always say good things about Helzberg.

Took an engagement ring in that had a stone falling out of the setting. We simply asked for options…read more- what are you capable of doing to fix it and what price for each option. The ring was designed just how we liked it, with a raised swirl around the top, holding the diamonds in between the ridges. He said he needed to look at it under his lens, and took it to a back room. A while had passed and we got antsy, as he wasn't coming back, so we told another employee we needed the ring and had to leave. He brings it back a few minutes later and has already made the change without so much as consulting or asking if it was ok. He took the stones out of the swirled settings and just added four prong settings on top of them. There goes the unique look and beauty of the ring. There were plenty of rings that looked like that in the store. I did NOT choose them, I chose this one because we loved the design. Absolutely no reason he couldn't have added two prongs inside the swirl to hold them, or simply tell us he couldn't fix it the way we wanted and we would have taken it somewhere else happily. At the time we literally could not wait as we were moving off the continent that week. We told them we could not give it to them to fix (not that we trusted them any longer anyways) and they did not charge us as a "courtesy" (as if we asked for the service). Now we have a ring that isn't what we chose, and will have to pay to have someone else fix his mistake. Hopefully it can go back to the beautiful settings it started with.
