Listening to him talk about architectural history, including the history of the southside's Beverly Hills is the best History class I've ever attended. Where others do not know the history of Beverly and will destroy historic architecture in favor of what they learned about design, Greg Driscoll studies and listens to the house. He is a house-whisperer, he knows and respects the design of the time when a house was built. He will upgrade to make life more streamlined and contemporary for the homeowner, but with respect for the integrity of the house and its past. Mr. Driscoll starts each day full of energy and ideas; he meticulously ends each after accomplishing a tremendous amount of work eagerly looking forward to the next day's accomplishments. We had a sunroom that wasn't being used for anything other than storage. We wanted to transform the space and make it more a part of our home. After some looking around we contacted two companies based on their reviews and referrals. One company did not respond in a timely fashion while Driscoll Construction responded within hours. Within days a contract was signed. This was a medium sized project but a HUGE deal for our home. We gained so much space and Driscoll Construction was so detailed and had such great communication throughout the entire process.
