I usually take it to the dealership because it's a twin turbo V8 and not an easy car to work on. American exceeded my expectations and did a better job than the dealership with follow up and attention to detail. They used OEM parts and the car was ready for pick up same day. We've had countless other issues, including work taking longer than we were told on a regular basis, and being told not to tip the mechanics because they're lazy.
