Peter Kuper is the best there is, God forbid I have another claim (water damage) again but if I do,…read morewithout a doubt I'll be calling Peter again. He was referred to me by a plumber, and man how happy I am that he did! He was extremely responsive since day 1 (showed up to to my house within hours), so much so that I don't think I really ever had to reach out to him. He always kept me updated via phone, and texts (as I preferred and asked him to). He got the claim check to be 3x what the insurance company wanted to originally pay, because he knew ever single itemized item they could not argue for all the work that needed to be done throughout our house. For example, since our floorboards needed replaced, that meant the walls needed repainted, and since floors needed replaced, that meant we needed to hire a moving company, and that stuff (our stuff) needed storage somewhere while the floors were replaced... I cannot remember all of the details, but there was lots of stuff like that which I NEVER would have thought of or even known, so I'm extremely happy I had Peter handling everything for me. I trusted him with everything and I'm very glad I did as we got a lot more from the insurance claim which ultimately let us fix everything in our house that needed to be fixed. If you are hesitant, don't know what to do, and/or are frustrated with your claim process, just hire Peter, you won't regret it, I'm so glad I did.

The insurance company wasn't reliable nor couldn't get a team out until 2+ days out. ADU was knowledgeable, reliable, and had a team show up to help with everything. Needed mold remediation, found them through Angie's List. A guy Javier came out and i explained the…read moresituation for the request and asked for an estimate invoice. I was told that they could not at the time. (First red flag) He took a few pictures and said they would have a mold tech come take test samples. I did explain that i did have an insurance and a claim put in so he collected that information and insured me not to worry because they will be taking care of everything with the insurance company. I clearly stated that "i did not want work started until you get the green-light from the insurance company." The next day the mold tester came and took samples. The day after i was contacted and told the tests came back positive and the insurance company gave them the ok to do work. The workers came out and started to do the clearing out and sectioning off the rooms. The next day they cut my drywalls, carpet, and threw out the debris then proceeded to place the machines in each of the rooms. They left the machines in the rooms for 4 days and then removed them after. A few days later i received a message from the insurance company stating that the claim was denied (red flag 2). Was strange since i already had one open and funded. When i called the insurance company i was told someone tried to open another claim and they tried to bill them $23,000!! (Red flag 3). I then received an email from All Dry USA stating that the claim was denied by the insurance company and now I'm responsible for the payment. I questioned i thought everything cleared through the insurance company before you started? With no clear response they claimed sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I told them I'm not going to pay that because they told me the insurance company ok'd it and all they could say is that "you signed the agreement." I called the insurance company to find out what happened and they told me All Dry tried to bill them $23,000 plus they never sent the mold results before they started work. Fast forward 8 months my public adjuster can't get an email from them showing they followed the process with the insurance company and not trying to budge from the bill amount. I still have holes in my wall and carpet. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS
