DO NOT use this business!! IT IS A SCAM…read more My husband got in a car accident and contacted them about getting money back on the car. But after talking to Oliver about it, my husband decided he would rather not move forward and made that clear in an email. Months later, we found out from State Farm that this company moved forward with our case WITHOUT our permission. Then, they started calling us like crazy demanding their portion of the payout. We were so confused, and my husband tried to tell Oliver that he never even signed the document and had clearly told him that we did not want to move forward with their services. Their response was hostility. Oliver talked over my husband and threatened to take legal action against us. Horrible.

Overall, just OK. But in good conscious I cannot endorse this company for the following reasons:…read more #1 Bait and Switch When I first contacted this company they were wonderful. They answtered every email promptly and even called me to assure me I was in good hands. I thought I was! But immediately after I signed the documents, POOF! They disappeared like a fart in the wind! No more emails, no more answered phone calls. It was like pulling teeth to get them to respond. I thought it was a scam! #2 Not Transparent They refused to disclose to me the REPORT that detailed the claim. They said it was "proprietary" and I had no right to see it? I paid thousands of dollars to the lawyer and I can't see how the figure was determined? That's BS. How do I know there even was a report? Maybe just a quick no-questions-asked-below-market-settlement to get a quick check? When I kept asking for "proof" of the report or even proof of the claim amount, I was rebuffed. I was left in the dark to hope they got a fair amount. #3 Incompetency The DV claim is suppose to be based on the full damage amount AFTER all the repairs have been considered. They used the first "estimate" of damages in the amount of $14K to make the claim. However, after the final inspection the amount of damage came to $22K! They used the wrong amount just to get a quick settlement, even before the exact amount was know and before the adjuster(s) agreed to the final amount of $22K. If they used the correct amount of $22K instead of the original "estimate", I would have gotten much more. #4 Issuing the check I ended up with a lousy $3,100 (they got $2,000) and they were too cheap to pay to overnight the check. When I asked them to please do so via fedex, I was quoted a price of $200! (someone was getting paid). I chose to put the check in the mail and it finally arrived 5 days later. #5 IN SUMMARY I cannot really endorse or recommend this company for the reasons stated above. I think another company might have gotten me quite a bit more in compensation. Patrick Whalin Tengotodo@aol.com
