They have one of a kind pieces in excellent condition and always provide accurate condition reports. They work with high end estates and consignors. I have purchased a wide array of ceramics and silver and am always more pleasantly surprised than not (as I am unable to see the items in person--I live in SF, not Florida). Payment is easy (none of this wire transfer/check only nonsense) and they do REASONABLE SHIPPING IN-HOUSE! It's a seamless experience, combined with exquisite merchandise. Thank you. I then replied asking how he could tell so quickly and easily because this craft honestly intrigues me and he RUDELY responded by saying that "it's a long story but it starts with dropping out of high school when you're very young and running around the antique market in flea markets...and with that accumulated enough knowledge." I was not questioning his ability. I was questioning how he knew because it was fascinating and also because I already had 2 antique owners elsewhere quote me a nice amount for it. Only reason I contacted him was because these owners were not in Florida and I thought it would be nice to support a local business instead. The texting continued with his rudeness and demeaning replies. Do not recommend him at all! I will stick to the 2 other antique owners and go to Akiba Antiques that was just recommended to me as well. It is sad the world we are living in now where several think it is ok to be rude. It costs zero to be nice. All he had to do was give me his opinion in a professional demeanor and move on.
