My dentist referred me to this office as a few of my teeth were too difficult to remove in-office. After calling and filling out my pre-op questionnaire online, surgery day was just as simple. As a matter of fact, I had to RE-schedule because my blood pressure was a little high and Dr. Smith wanted to me safe and for me to be healthy as possible under anesthesia.
