Response time is always very quick, and the rates are reasonable for the peace of mind these people provide. I love getting email updates on how my dogs are doing. Even when they're naughty and get into the trash or have a little accident, everything is in order when I get home and my dogs are happy and loved. **Need to add an update because of one visit in particular. It has taken me a while to be able to write this. Over the Summer, I had the amazing folks from Paws First watching my dogs while I was away for the weekend out of state. My senior dog's health had been in decline for a while, but it didn't seem to be cause for too much concern- just typical old dog stuff. One night, her health took a very sudden and dramatic turn. It was clear that if she were brought in to the the vet that she would not be returning. I didn't want my old girl's last moments to be spent someplace unfamiliar.
