When I called to talk about this, and explain that it looked diseased, they said "not our problem, we didn't plant it". Our landscaper did them all, and did an excellent job. Bad business if you ask me. Avoid this place!

When I moved to Colorado last summer I was in awe of the well kept manicured green lawns that everyone in my neighborhood had. Having really no in depth experience on how to maintain a healthy lawn I was really anxious as the winter chill left and spring began to green everything up. I had arrangements with another company but they flaked...absolutely flaked, so I reached out to Brandon more or less in panic mode as I did want my yard to get past the point of help as summer approached. Brandon responded to my inquiry on the same day as I made it and we agreed to a visit within a couple of days. He showed up on time, couldn't haver been nicer and most importantly for me... he was so patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. Later that evening he sent me a thorough proposal with fair and reasonable pricing. I approved the estimate and within a few days Brandon was out in the yard doing a ton of weeding, mowing, feeding and trimming. We spent about 45 minutes just getting to know him and discussed the different options that might be available. Prior to moving to Denver 18 years ago we had a Coy pond in the back yard and we definitely missed the sound of water and the sereneness of the water feature. This time we were considering something with less maintenance that we could enjoy but not have the regular maintenance. Landon worked with us on a pondless water feature that would give us what we were looking for. We had some unique circumstances that would affect the project so Landon came to the house to survey the surroundings and helped us work on the placement. He then came up with a digital rendition that we could use as a starting point. We next scheduled an early June start date as we wanted to be able to enjoy the project this year. As promised Landon was here on time and brought a great crew to work with. His team was very conscientious of our pets and made sure to secure the property each day. We live in an HOA community and his clean up each day was amazing, if not for his trucks in the day time you would have never known he was here in the evening. The project came in on budget and Landon went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end result. The final project is amazing and we are enjoying it everyday. There are many Landscapers out their that say they can provide you with similar options but I challenge they can compare to LCM!!! Landon designed & installed a water feature (waterfall, stream, small pond at the end) for us about…read morea month ago, and it is GORGEOUS. Throughout the process, he was very easy to communicate with - email, text, call - he would always follow up quickly. He worked with us to get rendering done of the water feature so that we could get HOA approvals, helped understand costs, and worked within our budget to get us an amazing product. He installs water features w/ concrete on top of the liner, which means that our dogs can play in it (they love it) without damaging anything. The waterfall has completely transformed our yard. We've already enjoyed it with family, friends, and neighbors. Everyone always comments on how natural looking it is, and how it blends in well with our existing patio area. Highly recommend LCM Landscape & Design!
