The women asked us to send her photos of our house and they would send us a quote. My husband asked her why they wouldn't send someone out to do measurements. The women said they would send someone out after the photos and first quote to give us a second quote. The owner text my husband the same day apologizing for how she handled things. He said that was not how their process works and he would have her trained properly. My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt and scheduled an appointment to have someone come out next week. He asked my husband what our budget is. My husband told him he wasn't going to give him a budget, he just wants a quote. The owner then tells my husband he doesn't want to waste his time. Why own a business then? My husband was really interested in having this company do the work but because the owner lacks professionalism we will take our business elsewhere.

He recommended I do not pull a permit as it could create problems and the sad part is I believed him. We did a master bath remodel and from day 1 they never came to do work unless I called and asked when they were coming. He lied constantly about what was going on. The grout on the tile work is uneven, the shower floor has an area where the water puddles. I told him what I wanted from my frameless shower, they showed up with a framed shower. I rejected it and told him I wanted brackets on the wall and the the door was delivered again there were no brackets. This took place over several months so I just excepted the glass even though I was unhappy..... and I've never heard from Pablo since. It's been 5 months since I've heard from him and he never even finished the punch list. They were very messy and scraped up walls in the house. Broke glass outside and swept it in the rocks, got paint drippings everywhere. The maximum days they ever showed in a week was 2 days. I can go on and on. I'm just trying to save other homeowners the emotional toll this took on us.
