Tom refunded my entire annual box rental that I initially paid. He is a good man. He tends to work on the weekends so if you want great service, visit during the weekend. Called as instructed and was told they could not take the payment by phone as promised and would not be able to make the pick up as scheduled, either. Offered no solution.
