Very disappointing experience. Set up a delivery with them a day in advance. Explained that we needed to pay by credit card and was told to call the following morning to provide the card number by phone. Called as instructed and was told they could not take the payment by phone as promised and would not be able to make the pick up as scheduled, either. Offered no solution. I understand mistakes can be made, but making no attempt to rectify the situation is bad customer service. read more
