That was last year.... this year I have had to book the same appointment 3 times (two no shows and one the technician showed up without any tools so couldn't do the job) I finally gave up. The last missed appointment was apparently due to an emergency service but no one could be bothered to contact me to inform me of a needed change, blamed it on phone line issues but phone seemed fine when I called to find out what was going on. Stick with a bigger company, at least they show up. I think the customer service got lost as the generations took over this business!

I now see similar complaints online and on BBB site. Seems they take advantage of seniors and people who are disadvantaged.
