I requested an estimate on Friday morning. Jordan reached out really quickly, and said he could come look at 4pm that day. I had a quote Saturday morning and by that afternoon we had agreed on a time on Monday to fix it. Saturday night he reached out and said he could come at 9am on Sunday to fix my hot water tank. Even better! He showed up on time (which is rare now-a-days) and got right to work. Upon inspection of the new tank he noticed a dent, which he did not like. He drove all the way back to Watertown to exchange it and being a new one back. They were still done before noon. I now have a new go to for my plumbing and heating. Thank you for the great experience. I couldn't recommend them more I should also mention, Jordan was the only one to respond to me, and I called 3 others. I am glad I finally found someone reliable on this area.

I had absolutely no idea our unit wasn't purchased from his business, but on the "marketplace". I don't know what that is. I never once went to his home and picked up the unit. I signed a contract, we had a date for the install, he came on the date - bringing the unit with him, and installed it. We shut it down for the winter and when we started it back up the following spring, it would only blow out warm air. Jim did come down to our home in June of that year with a temporary fix. He had to order a part , said it would be in quickly, and would be back to fix it. We never heard back so I messaged him several times. I was told he was working on a huge job and couldn't get to it just then. I waited a while and messaged him again. I was then told his family had suffered the devastating effects from the hurricane last year and he was helping them. I still have the messages I replied to him with stating my concern for them and to take care of his family. This spring rolls along and I messaged and called him with no reply. It wasn't until I placed this negative review on yelp that he finally came and fixed it. At no cost. Of course it's at no cost. He told us last year it was covered under warranty. Would not recommend.
