He arrived on time and spent time listening to some additional work that we had added to our list. He recommended recessing the shut-off valve into the wall so that when we pushed the refrigerator back into place it would not be up against the pipes and water lines. He spent over an hour with us going over our list and giving us good advice. I checked his work afterwards and it looks first rate. The bill was reasonable and much less than I expected to pay a Master Plumber. Some additional information on Randy Renner: He worked for his Dad who was also a Master Plumber and it took him 8+ years to become a Master Plumber. Now, he is mentoring his son-in-law (who is currently a Journeyman Plumber) who works with him in the business. Then, in what felt like a spiteful tantrum, she confirmed my appointment for today--only to call back moments later, talk over me again, hang up on me mid-sentence, cancel the appointment, and send the technician home. All within the span of a few minutes. It's clear from other negative reviews that I'm not the first person to be treated this way by her.
