They arrived on time and kept the worksite clean and safe. We couldn't be more impressed with this company. I hired Eric Rodriguez on April 28, 2026 to replace my wood fence and paid $3,800 upfront for materials, with the remaining balance due upon completion. The fence was promised to be completed by May 10th (Mother's Day weekend). To date, the project is still not finished. The old fence was removed, and the fence posts and cross beams were installed, but no fence pickets have been put up. For weeks I was told, "Your fence will be done this week," but the work never happened. For the last two weeks, I have called, texted, and messaged with no response. I even requested a partial refund so I could purchase the remaining materials and hire someone else to finish the job. I have received no reply. Additionally, my neighbor's sprinkler system was damaged during the fence removal process, and they have also been unable to get a response regarding repairs. They charge per window panel, which I have 22. They were finished in 30 minutes, which seemed very quick. At first glance the windows looked great. I failed to open and look at each window while they were still here. Subsequently I've seen that they didn't remove the screens to clean them so the screen frames are not clean. It appears they merely quickly wiped out the window tracks because mud was left. The guys that did the work were very nice and considerate so no fault there. I think the cost was way out of line for 30 minutes and incomplete job. 3 stars is somewhat generous.
