My biggest frustration is that I paid for service at the address identified through their original skip trace, but when the address later changed, there was no flexibility offered regarding the additional service fees required to attempt the new address. As a result, I paid for a service attempt that was unsuccessful and now still need to pay for another service attempt at a different address. Communication was professional and they were responsive throughout the process, but I ultimately spent money attempting service at an address that now appears questionable and was left disappointed with the overall outcome.
