TEN STARS!!! I have…read morehad to use process servers about 100+ times in my professional life (civil litigation). I never thought I would need one for a personal matter! I even had a PI trying to track down the Person I wanted to serve who went AWOL. When the Person had been sighted, I immediately called Barnes (recommended by a friend) and left a message. Got a call-back within TWO minutes, and a voicemail while they were finishing another job. We talked, I emailed my documents, sent electronic payment, Barnes printed them out at a FedEx on the way to the location...Alas, no luck! GAH! BUT then Barnes asked me for a possible alternative location where they waited, and waited, and then BAM!!! YOU GOT SERVED!!! Also got a photo of the person and their vehicle (over and above!!!) and sent me the Proof of Service that evening so I could file it with the Court next day. And all at an amazingly reasonable price - I wasn't even charged extra for printing costs or waiting at the new location! What was the cherry on top of the icing on top of the cake was that Barnes communicated with me at EVERY step - I wasn't left hanging for a moment.

Anh was our main point of contact the whole time and she was amazing. She handled basically everything document-related and was the one communicating with USCIS and the embassy for us. I feel like without her, we would have been completely lost or second guessing everything we submitted. She would tell us exactly what we needed, when we needed it, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Wasn't given all the cost info or correct info up front about their process and costs…read more Lady who spoke to me first said a skip trace was only $50, I got charged $175.00. I originally provided 2 addresses where I thought the defendant might be, I was told $110.00 for 5 attempts at any address. I asked for the skip trace since I wasn't sure of the defendants correct address but was advised to wait. Well the skip trace was necessary and with still 2 attempts left, I got charged an additional $85 for them to attempt at a new address. Total cost: $370! I could have saved myself $85+ if they gave me all this info and the correct info up front.
