The coffee machine in the waiting room is down. Customers waiting for their vehicles don't look comfortable. In my opinion what I've heard of the interactions between some staff and some service customers was not as professional as it should be. Nor was it as nice as I was used to hearing in the Philly burbs. My vehicle has been exclusively dealer serviced so I'll be looking around for a different dealership . And if I notice the reviews for this place improve, I may come back. Update: April 2025 Wanted to add a service to my appointment for an upcoming Wednesday. No one could tell me how much the additional service would be because nobody answering the phone could get anybody in service. I was told "we have 100 appointments daily and they're usually UPDATE: January 2026. FINAL and FOREVER TRY with this place and they failed. I do mean FINAL. Left VM's to get price for 60K Service. 3 days later and no one has returned my call. So with this service and future services because I keep my vehicles for 10 years they have lost at least $5K to $7K of my business.

    This was my 3rd service for my 2022 Pathfinder 30000 miles…read moreMy very first visit at this Glen Burnie location, customer service representative refuse to accept my VIP membership which I bought it for $4200. When I asked them to tell me if you do not accept this VIP status of mine then what is it good for i need my refund . After spending half an hour waiting to get the answer, the supervisor decided to honor my VIP membership. They did my service and told me that your bill was $760, but you are only responsible for around $120 . I said for oil change you were charging $760 and according to the VIP member ship oil services are free. Since they performed the service I paid that amount then when I took off the parking lot a little before 6 pm I saw a low air tire pressure . I went back and asked them what this was. A guy took the car key from me and said will be back. While I was waiting a man came back complaining that they messed up his car and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle now its started causing a lot of trouble and its new vehicle. A few minutes later a tech came back and said, " you are good to go sit. I drove off the tire pressure and looked good. The supervisor named Brian said I am sorry it should have done in a more professional way, but no worries just stop by any other day, and we will wash your car since they did not wash my car. I said that is difficult for me since I live an hour away from this location. My 2nd appointment I left the car for the service and when I came back to pick up the car gave the car the tech saw me in the parking lot next to my vehicle and said is this yours, I said yes. He this tire should have been replaced few months ago because it's a factory defect I am surprise how come they did not replace since there is something wrong with the tire wall which dangerous anytime it can be popped I was very upset I came home and called the Sheehy customer service number the lady name Deb very professional took my vin number and my information and said you don't even have 15000 miles on it and you have VIP membership so you are only responsible for $35 and we will install the brand new tire. I went to the glen burnie location spoke to Brian he went back and forth and make it look like he was giving me a some sort of a favor then he said we do not have any information about the tire being an issue then I showed him the call log and how long i was on the phone with Deb and and then he said I found it in the system. They installed the tire and then performed the service which was due and charged me about $200 again other then $35 for tire and said sorry we are not washing cars today. You can stop by some other day. My 3rd appointment (DEFINATELY THE LAST APPOINTMENT) Brian who has now become a manager and delt him last couple of times and before that he used to work at Nissan (in White Marsh) told me that Frank will take care of you, and he will make sure your VIP membership is used just don't worry. I trusted him dropped off the car at 08:00 am. I received messages and voice mail at 12:54 that my car is ready I can pick up whomever I can. Brian knew I couldn't pick up before 05:00. So, I went to pick up the car at 05:15 and met a guy, Matt . He said my car is not ready, yet . I said, but I received a voicemail and texted that the car was ready. He just refused to answer so I came outside and started walking the lot and saw my car was parked there dirty. So, I took a picture and send it to brian since I had his personal number and asked him is this what you did with my car. He never replied and then after waiting for 15 minutes Matt came outside and said to me it's ready, sir. I said seriously I am standing here the whole time this car did not move a bit. He did not reply again. I said it looks like they left you to hold the fort. He said yes in a way that he does not want to work here. Then he printed the bill and said here is your bill when I saw almost $800 and I said did Brian use my VIP membership, he said it does not show anything. I said let me call Brian and asked I called couple of times but no answer then I paid that amount with my card and I this is my last time here. He said we did not wash cars today and I said while I was waiting next to my car the cars were driving by me wet and water was dripping look outside. He just ran my card and basically said we were done. I texted these exact words: to Brian as soon as i came outside "HMMM. DID NOT WASH THE CAR OR CLEAN I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED I DID NOT MEAN TO USE THE PERSONAL NUMBER TO COMPLAIN BUT I AM NOT EXPECTING THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM SHEEHY WITH THAT MUCH TOP DOLLARS. GOD BLESS YOU & HAVE A BLESS NIGHT. SHEEHY MISSAN LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER"  ADVISE: STAY AWAY FROM SHEEHY NISSAN OF GLEN BURNIE. We had driven by their lot a few months ago and saw that they had several but they were a bit out of our price range at the time. However, we knew that they were one of their fleet vehicles so I have been keeping an eye on them. Today was the day! My husband found the truck he had been looking for and it was in our price range. Our salesman, De' Ontre, was incredibly friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. He was very personable and made us feel very comfortable. The process was very smooth and actually was a lot faster than I recall previous car buying experience is to be. When I called De' Ontre not five minutes before I knew the dealership was about to close, he did not rush me or seem annoyed and answered my question with no problems. From start to finish and even after we were home, he took great care to make sure that we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. We would definitely go back in the future when looking for another vehicle. Also, they were very safe and followed all the protocols to maintain a safe environment during this pandemic.

    My Jeep is currently at Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Glen Burnie service center, where it was…read moredropped off yesterday morning due to a possible oil and coolant leak. Yesterday at 3:20 PM, I was contacted with a diagnosis confirming that the required repairs fall under warranty. Then, at 4:10 PM, I received another call stating that while the repairs are covered, I would be charged over $300 to remove an "aftermarket" bumper. This is not an aftermarket part. The bumper and all custom components on my Jeep were installed by the dealership and are included under the warranty. I was told they would move forward with the work and provide an update with a status and estimated completion time. Since then, I have made repeated attempts to get any information--leaving messages with three different staff members, calling my assigned service advisor three times, contacting the service center, and reaching out to the service manager. At this point, I have received zero response and they have had my Jeep for two full days. I understand the work may take longer than expected but they should let me know something. They close at 5 PM today, and I still have no update on my vehicle. This level of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. I simply want to know what is happening with my Jeep.

    Last year, I ordered a Soft Roll Up Tonneau cover from General Motors and paid for a delivery and…read moreinstallation fee to have it sent here. I had an appointment set up for 7:30 am. I waited until about 9ish, and then I got my truck back, and the mechanic showed me how to close the cover. When I got home, I realized that the shop did not put both of the hook loops onto my truck. I had to call back JBA Chevy and speak to Gerry show as attentive in finding the missing part. After emailing him photos he managed to find the part. I had to, unfortunately, go back. Which, in theory, is not bad, right? Well, I live on Kent Island and this time of the year traffic is just hell on earth. I sat in about 45 mins' worth of traffic and came back to JBA, and they had to pop out the tonneau cover and install the loop that was missing on the right side they forgot to install (more on the popping out the cover in as second). Gerry apologized and was very helpful in that But then when i was driving over the weekend I realized the cover was not properly secured. It was originally (despite missing the loop) I went to unroll the cover and then realized something, the right side that had to be popped out to install the loop was not properly secured after the fact. So instead of driving back to Glen Burnie (AGAIN) I carefully examined and safely popped the part back into the Tonneau cover. Gerry is great and I would give him 5 million stars if I could, but I am extremely disappointed that the services department has screwed me (twice) on what should have been a simple process. I would have gone to the place I bought my truck originally (Bob Bell Baltimore), but the drive was out of the way, and JBA was more convenient in terms of distance. But I have 0 intention of coming back here, which is ashamed because I was planning to come here for all my future oil changes (including one I have coming up) so instead I will either go to Bob Bell Chevy in Baltimore or I will go to Herich Chevy GMC Buick in Easton for all my future service needs. Even though Herich Chevy in Easton has done some goofy shit as well (see my review of that location on Yelp for more info)!
