I bought a 2012 Toyota Rav4 from New Motors and Erie Auto Credit today. The car is great condition…read morewith only 60,000 miles and 4WD. I had been shopping all over Erie and Online for days. I was searching as far away as Pittsburgh and New York and no other dealer could meet me at a price that would work within my budget...until New Motors. I was very impressed with their non-sales like attitude, honesty and fairness. Superior Toyota tried to sell me basically the same car for $20,000, only difference was a little lower mileage and remote car start...Mileage isn't an issue with a Rav4...they run FOREVER. I got it for just under $15,000 from New Motors. I worked with Shane, Bret and Kevin. All three were awesome. My last car buying experience was a nightmare. I will return to New Motors and I will send everyone I know there as well! Thanks guys!!!

Bought a 2013 Ford Edge with nothing but trouble. First- I bought my car in August and it hasn't…read morebeen a year yet and I had so many issues. Inspection sticker said July which meant they just had it inspected right? They inspected the car with winter tires which wore down so fast driving on the hot payment. Yes, my fault for not being aware of the tires when I bought the car but a month later when I saw the wear, I brought it up to them. Told me to bring it in. They measured the outside of the tire (not all of them, one) and said they measure 6. Yeah on the outside... What does it measure on the inside. Second- When I was looking at the vehicles, I asked why the mileage is so high on all the vehicles I saw. Explanation- all cars come in like that now. Very rare you see cars with low mileage. Mine was 84,000. Being gullible, I thought "okay". Later a friend said to me, maybe because it was a sales guy who traveled a lot or they are rentals. Explains why the high mileage but also Oh no. You know what people do to rentals cars? Treat them poorly. 3rd- I took my car in for an oil change a couple months later (somewhere else) and I had someone tell me that my head light is not shining on the wall straight. They checked out the bulb and it wasn't even the correct number AND it was just laying in there not even placed in correctly. Now- not even a year yet (9 months: date of this post) I need to replace my PTU transfer case because it is cracked. You know how much that costs with parts and labor? $1800.00. Crooks!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! My son purchased his first car just now at 18 saved all his summer…read moremoney for deposit on a 2013 hyuandi sonata for 7000. He took a loan from the credit union for the rest. We informed them that he was 18 and we really wanted to make sure he got something reliable that he wouldn't be dumping money into right away and Dave told us he just had it in the shop mechanic replaced a few things and engine ran great only thing needed would be back tires everything else was great. So we took his word for that. 4 days into owning this car it lost complete power while our son was driving it and brakes quit working and luckily he was able to veer off the road before he went head on into a main road. We had it towed and Dave had mechanic look at it said he was puzzled but replaced a crack shaft sensor and charged us a 100 bucks and said they did this out of "goodwill" because we bought the car "as is". Dave said he isn't even telling Chuck he did this because he wouldn't allow it. Well 2 days later same problem so my husband looks under the hood and the battery terminals were completely loose which leads us to believe did they even look under the hood or just take us for 100 bucks. Fast forward 5 days. The engine completely BLOWS UP. We call Dave and Chuck say sorry nothing we can do you bought as is. Now reading through this company reviews this is not the first time they have done this to people. And they will comment on this " you signed as is" "you didn't purchase the extended warranty" - he did purchase an extended warranty 2 days after the purchase of buying the car because their warranty didn't cover nearly as much as we like we have a company we use and we like a lot but you can't use it until you hit 30 days of purchasing it. Also when you buy as is especially on something that is 7000 dollars you are hoping to get more than 15 days out of it!!! And those 15 days not having issues!!! So save yourself the comments Dave and Chuck. I am not sure how you guys can live with yourselves knowing you basically stole from a poor 18 year old kid starting out in life but hey more power to ya I guess.
