Something that's becoming harder and harder to find these days is cleanliness, and Maybe Baby excels at it. The restaurant is always clean, and the bathrooms are, too. That attention to detail says a lot about the pride the owner takes in the business, and it's clear that pride carries over to the staff. Troy is usually behind the grill, and you can tell he cares about the quality of the food. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, the service is friendly, the food is fresh, and the experience is consistently great. Thank you to everyone at Maybe Baby for all you do. We appreciate having such a great local restaurant in our community!

The place was packed "good sign"! We walked in and it was very clean with tables and booths and an eat in bar. Our waitress was very nice and we explained that we weren't from around here and asked for a recommendation. She explained that most of their meat was from the owners farm and gave some very good recommendations but we had to try the daily special that was chicken and biscuits with gravy. So glad we did, it was delicious. That was after our appetizer of mozzarella sticks that were delicious and the bucket of marinara sauce. The portions were huge and we have enough food left over to eat atleast one or two more times. Everything was very reasonably priced. Appetizer, two specials and two drinks for $45 plus tip. Cannot beat that for food that good. Also, bathrooms were very clean.

Their menu has what you'd expect from a classic diner, prices are cheap, and service is quick! We got the Country Style Eggs and Patty Melt. Both lacked basic seasonings like salt & pepper. If I was rating off the food alone, I'd give it a 3/5. The home fries in the Country Style Eggs could've been crispier and adding hot sauce definitely saved this a bit. The biscuit we got with it was homemade and so delicious. It was warm, buttery, and satisfying. The Patty Melt was a bit dry and desperately needed a sauce. I used ketchup and asked for pickles which helped. The rye bread was surprisingly not dry and grilled nicely with butter. It was definitely a heavy meal but we needed it after a long drive. It's not the kind of place where you'll have an amazing meal but it'll do the job at a super affordable price.

I started with the recommended French onion soup. It was really good. My wife had the special pork shank which she said was quite good. I had the crab cakes, which were also really good. When the bill came it was about what I expected. This was a terrific "find" for an early January Friday evening.
