This can be the biggest hassle ever with some designers so I made sure it was something I really wanted to do. The ladies at this store made it so stress free! They helped me find a new bag in the appropriate size and style for me based on my outfit and preferences i told them. I also decided to buy another bag charm ontop of the exchange, get it monogrammed, and buy some leather conditioner! It was well worth spending $120. I'm in love with the new bag and charm! I've gotten 4 compliments already! The cherry charms are glittery and so is the red monogram the blonde lady suggested. They look amazing on my new navy leather purse :) I'm over the moon happy and pleased with the customer service! This coach has won me over! I won't buy from other coaches or the online coach outlet anymore.

Turns out no one in the US carries that model, its made just for Asia. So that's what I learned in this store. They were super nice and helpful when I showed them what I wanted. They suggested I try the outlet, but when I let them know the outlet sent me to them they realized it must be a product not sold in the US. They did show me other options they felt wer similar and they were super nice about all of it. I left without making a purchase but I know Ill be back in the future. Located just down from Apple and Best Buy in the Galleria parking is mall parking. When I was there it was not very busy but I imagine the mall is busier on the weekend and after 3 pm. Im a fan because of the terrific customer service.

I never thought I'd find myself doing a clothing store review on Yelp, but today I am breathing a…read moresigh of relief because I have found a store with grownup clothes that fit me! If you are a petite person, you know how difficult it can be to find clothes that are both age-appropriate and well-fitting. WHBM has fulfilled this for me. The store has an interesting selection of clothes that is decidedly feminine and adheres to a somewhat limited color palette. Maybe the most interesting thing is how polarizing the clothes were for me--generally I either hated something or really liked it. They definitely utilize vanity sizing, so know the clothes run small and you will probably end up buying smaller sizes than you typically do. The service was very attentive and thorough. The price point of this store is definitely higher than I typically pay, so I was especially glad for the good service. The girl who helped me not only set aside everything I wanted to try on, but picked out some other items based on the styles and sizes I had selected. Sure, probably a technique to sell more, but I liked that personalized touch. She checked in with me periodically while I tried stuff on and brought additional items as needed. I left satisfied with my purchases and fully plan to return to this store. I won't be shopping there frequently, but probably when I need to get more work clothes. Seriously, thank goodness for stores like this. I have had too many experiences trying on women's clothes that make me look like a kid playing dress up or juniors clothes that make me look ridiculous/like someone who should not be employed. If any of these experiences mirror your own, check this place out.

They also have a baby / kids area, that you'll have to access through the main Gap store itself, there is no independent entry. We didn't end up getting anything, but mostly due to limited suitcase space and we'd already gotten some other things elsewhere. There wasn't anything I had to have, so we skipped a purchase. It would be easy to find work clothes, or something casual for a day out, if you wanted! Overall: B A decent outlet store - check the far back for deeper clearance discounts.

Anecdotally, there are a lot of clearance items that are really strange, worth a look for super unusual who-would-wear-this items! You'll always find basic jeans, sweatshirts, joggers and t-shirts and reasonably priced seasonal wear. Plus, trendy overalls and the new "Covid sizing" roomier bottoms post pandemic. Careful about looking frumpy in some of these trends. And size down, seems to be a bit of vanity sizing going on. Brooks Brothers Outlet - they make things just for it…read more Years ago I learned Brooks Brothers makes things specifically to sell at their outlet stores. So the things you see there are often not the ones you might see in the Brooks Brothers store in NYC. That's ok, its still well made and the like, but its a little misleading having the "retail price" on the ticket when you were not selling it at retail. I like this location better than the other two I frequent, but its very hit or miss for us. When its hit, its great, we find many things that work. When its a miss, its a total zero for us. But that's ok, we don't come to the mall just for this store. Although its always our first stop once here because its well located by the parking lot and they have an entrance from the parking lot. Its my favorite location because its the largest, best laid out, has super helpful staff and is overall always pleasant.

They have some good selections in here but I think the main problem is that their service is very nonchalant and as you can see by the other reviews you're probably not going to have a great service experience in here and I certainly didn't. Each place has their own return policy and that's fine but you don't have to be condescending.
