Bad customer service 2026. I had bought a necklace here a few years ago…read more At the time they told me the designers name and and gave me an appraisal. It did not include the designers name. This may not seem like a big deal, but I came back to ask the name of the necklace's designer. Sales Associate Hildegard was quite rude in telling me that I couldn't have the designers name, after leading with a pretentious attitude. This forces me to travel here for repairs, although I paid for a piece with a lifetime warranty that came from the designer. I also don't have enough information to follow the designer on instagram. I am a student of jewelry, I've admired this work so much that I wanted to seek out this designer as a potential apprentice. I didn't want to shirk the store, and the assumption that I did will make me think twice before coming back. Given the limited number of jewelers that can masterfully craft a drilled diamond, I'm left in the dark with hoping that I can learn from them. Hildegarde was unfriendly from the start, but I do suggest asking for Mo whom sold me the necklace originally. He approaches customers kindly and with humility.

After talking to a very nice lady (sorry I didn't catch her name) about our options she directed us towards Jewels On Main as they had a wider jewelry collection. We were immediately greeted and helped by Amy B. who didn't even need to hear my price range before she presented these beautiful earrings to my girlfriend. There were a couple other great options but as soon as we saw them it was pretty much decided. Amy put a hold on the earrings for us (and even held on to an item I left behind) until we showed up later in the day - with a couple drinks under our belt ;). All in all, very great experience at both locations & especially this one. Even if you don't know what you're looking for this place has it... It is very difficult to find a high end jewelry shop that sells quality estate pieces at proper prices. The sales associates are professional and very kind. They take their time with you and are attentive and informative, whether you are spending a couple hundred, a couple thousand or tens of thousands of dollars. The Associates treat you just the same. I visit this shop at least twice a year and every time I walk away with something, or many, estate pieces that are beyond beautiful. Yet, during my visit last year, I became so caught up in the moment, that as well as a few pieces for 5K, i bought a $20,000 Art Deco bangle! That evening, when I realized what I had done, how stupid I was, having multiple medical bills, two rents, many other expenses as well as my taxes to pay... I called and spoke to the Associate that sold me my pieces. In tears, I asked her if she would allow me to return the bangle, not that I wanted to; but, because I had become overly giddy and irresponsible by making that one purchase. She was very supportive and sympathised with my plight and agreed to allow me to return the bangle. The item was returned, for a full refund, the very next day! Thank Goodness! I spend at least five grand or so every time I walk into Squash Blossom and will spend $20K over the next years to come (and then some); but, in one go? on top of another 5-6K? They did not have to give me that return. It was my fault that I was in outer space. Yet, the Associate completely understood what I had done and what I needed to do, which was to be responsible and return that beautiful piece. I still hope it's there; but, I completely doubt it. It was too remarkable of a piece. Their estate pieces are out of this world, as well as their new pieces. I highly recommend this shop and once I get over my embarrassment (it's been almost almost a year), I'll be back in to buy something special and unique. Thank you Squash Blossom.

The gallery features original oils by Paul along with some fabulous original work by several other local artists. While browsing, an art rep delivered several contemporary pieces from another Paul - Paul Cunningham. This guy's work is like none I've ever seen. The price points of all the work in this gallery are extremely reasonable. Our mountain lodge will definitely be sporting several pieces from this new gallery.
