I was attracted to the semi-precious stone pieces as well as hammered metal pieces from a Spanish jeweler. My fiance bought my engagement ring trio here. It was made by the same person who carves David Yurman's stones. There are also geodes, agates, various metal art pieces, fossil pieces, and shell art. We bought one of the metal pieces with a dancing Hopi Indian on it. My son also spent his "mad money" for the trip on some smaller stones that Max had. I wanted so many things in his store- I will definitely be back! This may not seem like a big deal, but I came back to ask the name of the necklace's designer. Sales Associate Hildegard was quite rude in telling me that I couldn't have the designers name, after leading with a pretentious attitude. This forces me to travel here for repairs, although I paid for a piece with a lifetime warranty that came from the designer. I also don't have enough information to follow the designer on instagram. I am a student of jewelry, I've admired this work so much that I wanted to seek out this designer as a potential apprentice. I didn't want to shirk the store, and the assumption that I did will make me think twice before coming back. Given the limited number of jewelers that can masterfully craft a drilled diamond, I'm left in the dark with hoping that I can learn from them. Hildegarde was unfriendly from the start, but I do suggest asking for Mo whom sold me the necklace originally. He approaches customers kindly and with humility.
