Some interesting works and a few beautiful works, but most of the glass was not for me. I would give the works and viewing gallery 3 stars, but this is about the person behind the counter. Sadly, the woman behind the counter (owner?) was not interested in me as a customer. She was rude to the point of nastiness; unhelpful, unkind. She barely looked up when I asked questions (too busy? no one else was in the store), did not offer her card to me (I had to grab it off the counter myself) when I asked if she had one. She did not look up!!! What is your customer service model? Good luck with that high-brow attitude. It means nothing. You know no more than I do, apparently, about the works in your own shop because you wouldn't give me the time of day when I asked about them or the artists. Do the artists you represent know you treat people like dirt? Dear Owner of Piece: Be nice, be kind. Why are you in this business if you are miserable and nasty? YUCK. read more

My wife and I were visiting Vail, and happened into Piece Art Gallery; wow, what a find! Much like Narnia, when walking through the front door of Piece, you leave the world of the phenomenal, and enter the world of the sublime. It seems like hyperbole, however, it is a lovely gallery that demands kudos. The owner is an extremely knowledgeable and welcoming lady from Slovenia, Czcechia, or Slovakia(that area), somewhere around there(sorry I forget), but regardless, her passion and love for the art translates through her descriptions of the pieces. We bought several items for our home, and she made the shipping process a breeze. They are now proudly displayed around our study and dining room, and are a wonderful reminder of our visit to Vail.
