I hired West Georgia Design Build to remodel at my residence. In the master shower the floor did…read morenot drain properly due to Dwight installation errors. On the third attempt, the floor now drains properly, but a large portion of the tile is now lighter than the initial tile that was not repaired. In addition, there are grout coloration inconsistencies on the master shower flooring. We had discussed with Dwight that we did not want to see a difference in installation if he repaired only half of the floor. The grout in the master shower niche was mixed incorrectly by hired help when Dwight left the worksite. It was applied with poor craftsmanship and overlaps individual tiles resulting in a sloppy finished product. In the guest bath remodel, the plumbing was not installed correctly. This resulted in water leaking on the exterior and interior of the wall upon our first use. The water ran down inside the wall to the lower level of the house. We had to discontinue use of this shower to prevent water damage until Dwight came out to repair the issue. They did not take caution when moving materials during the remodel resulting in damage to hardwood floors and two walls. Final clean-up was not satisfactory as they left unused materials in the yard, including small pieces of tile and chunks of hardened grout. Stacy never came out to review the final product and is currently refusing to come and make things right. We're very disappointed with the issues mentioned above. I wish I could report resolution, but cannot at this time.

Ronald and his wife run this company; they drove over to my condo to give me a quote the same day I called. They gave me an extremely fair quote- based on their assessment of the work needed. This was a challenging job and it took just 3 days to have smooth gorgeous ceilings. The ceilings were scraped, sanded, patched, primed and painted (2 coats). It was truly incredible how efficient, experienced, and talented they are. Everyday all the furniture and walls were taped, masked, prepped to protect all my belongings/furniture. Ronald came by once the work was complete to make sure I was happy with the outcome. They have 'specialists' dedicated to different kinds of job. I ended up hiring them again to rip up my carpet and install LVP and they sent over their flooring specialist. I decided to remove the carpet myself as I was on a tight budget and they are more than happy to work with you based on your needs. I am so pleased to have found someone in Atlanta that does high quality work at a fair price. I called 5 companies for my ceilings and had 4 other companies come quote my flooring install. They were truly the most responsive, fair priced, and genuine. I opened a claim through my insurance company, and RHR was at my house in less than 7 days. They replaced my gutters and upgraded my shingles, and everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and professional. Michael and Zach were the two folks I had the pleasure of working with, and they made the entire process smooth. After the work was completed, I had some difficulty getting the checks from my insurance company, but RHR was patient while I sorted it out. Even during my confusion with the fact that I owed them all insurance proceeds--including supplements and depreciation--they were very pleasant to work with and took the time to help me understand the process and the legality behind the contract I signed. A few days after completion, we began finding roofing nails in the yard. RHR quickly returned with the "mother of all magnets" to sweep the property, which I greatly appreciated. We did have a small misunderstanding regarding the money owed based on the contract, but it was resolved quickly. One important tip for future customers: be aware that all supplemental checks, including depreciation payments from your insurance, go directly to Right-Hand Roofing--regardless of the agreed-upon amount in your contract. Ultimately, the payments are agreed upon between RHR and your insurance company. Overall, the workmanship, professionalism, and responsiveness were top-notch. They truly did an AWESOME job!
