I guess Virginia passed away? I went there later when I was an adult, and sometimes it had a pretty lively night life and was crowded at times. The last time I was in there, there was a poster board on the wall behind the bar that had the names of people who owed on their tabs, and I remember there were at least 10-15 people on it. (I knew two of them). The next time I went by there it had closed down, then later it was a motorcycle club bar, which did not last long.
