Great company and great work!…read more I hired Trinity Landscaping and Excavating to tear out my driveway and sidewalk, pour new concrete driveway, pour new sidewalk, re-grade all around my house, put my downspouts in ground, and pour new concrete sidewalk around my house. The job from start to finish was very professional and went above and beyond. Mid project I threw him a curve ball by asking to add my driveway skirt to the project and to widen the sidewalk and with these unexpected changes I thought might create problems or add to the project timeframe but he was able to get both done and pull permit for driveway skirt and both look great and project was still done on time! I would give them six stars if that was an option. Great company, great work, project completed in time promised and I would for sure recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

We live in a wooded area, and at some point a branch had damaged part of a 28 foot section of the gutters, bending the gutter and gutter guard which keeps debris out. I noticed this when clearing leaves and debris off the roof. I gave them a call, hoping that I could get by with just replacing this one section. One of their guys came out (forget the name), started inspecting flashing and other things and I started to dread the list of all the wrong things he was going to find. After a few minutes, he told me that everything else looks good, and that he could straighten the gutter, straighten the guard, and secure it better. He did this.. took maybe total of 20 minutes. When I asked what the cost was, he told me no charge. Cannot even tell that the gutter had been damaged. Can't get better service and care than that. Highly recommended

He was fine $10,000 by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry for working without a license which is as yet unpaid. On June 16, 2020, we gave Rick Duane Nelson $14,000 which he said he needed to buy materials for a deck replacement project he had agreed to complete at our home in Delano, MN. The check was cashed and $5,405.43 of materials were delivered to our home driveway. He promised us nearly every day for three months that he would come to start the project. it has been one year and he has never shown up. We have been unable to contact him since August 5, 2020. In looking into Rick Duane Nelson's background, we have found that he has been doing this over and over for many years. He has at least nine unpaid small claims judgments showing against him for the same scam and multiple other former "clients" who have not filed claims. He has been in jail for felony theft and forgery. Use him at your own risk.
