Excellent customer service seems to be a lost art nowadays, but Boulevard Flower Gardens nailed it and I now understand why they've had a great reputation for over 50 years. I feel like we were robbed. My sister was very well loved and received over 50 arrangement, Peace Lilies, bouquets, bleeding hearts, wreaths and such beautiful flowers from other florist. The amount was just incredible. This mess of a wreath stuck out as unfinished and unprofessional. I was embarrassed to say the least. Other florist really delivered the MOST, beautiful.
