Unfortunately this year the same problem presented and Savanna provided great customer service in ordering the same part and having it installed under warranty. Savanna and the BKM staff were surprised that the first replacement part failed so quickly and so through their efforts Steelcase agreed to replace the chair and delivered it earlier this month. Great customer service from Savanna, BKM and Steel. It always wonderful when a dealer and manufacturer support and stand behind what they sell.
