Didnt know this was a low sodium restaurant. Everything i ordered had no salt. Onion rings had no seasoning whatsoever. Burgers no salt on beef patty and was bland af. Only the fish sandwich was ok bc thankfully it had tartar sauce, it might have been what saved it. Chili fries are shockingly unseasoned, basically canned corn hash???? JB Burgers is one of those local spots that everyone knows and loves!! The staff are super nice and will member your favorites as long as you frequent the establishment. When I worked in LA Puente this was one of my favorite locations for lunch and often times when the family wanted a great cheese burger we would stop in on the weekend. Everything is made to order so you don't have to worry about your food being cold. You can sit inside or outside if you feel like eating your food right off the grill. The family and I wanted a local burger. I noticed that on the menu they had Mediterranean items. I was craving a gyro, which I ended up ordering. I have to say the gyro was not ground breaking, but it was decent enough to satisfy my craving. They have a good variety of items and I will be back when my gyro craving comes back. read more

I used to go here when I was younger and my mother and I wanted to stop by here for old times sake since we were near by but the food was better back then. 1) The service is terrible, the lady in the front taking orders always seems to have a thorn up her ass since she always looks miserable. 2) They don't accept card or apple/android pay, only cash. 3) The food is expensive and bland/flavorless. 4) *Important!* The lady from the front taking orders and the guys in the back that are cooking had a cat hidden in the back which then came to the kitchen, they were petting/caressing the cat in the kitchen..we heard the cat meowing after we finished eating. Absolutely disgusting. This place needs a health inspector to come and check it out. Will never be going back here again, we advise you to go elsewhere. read more

This is one of my favorite hamburger joints. I'm a sucker for greasy meals. Now before I start my review, let me say it's been awhile since I've eaten here seeing as I moved to the upper half of the state... but oh, how I crave this place sometimes. I used to come here near daily for lunch or a late breakfast, as I worked down the street. Their hashbrowns were always tasty, yet I'm a sucker for potatoes. Their grilled cheeses were nice and gooey and cheese-ily delicious. I've never gotten the tomato or lettuce in the grilled cheese so I don't really know how that is. Their burgers are yummy, they put loads of pickles and their fries are good... but hey, I AM a sucker for potatoes. (Note I don't like EVERY fry I meet). My dad used to love their fried egg sandwich, so if that's your kind of thing you may very well too. The workers are really friendly and helpful. You'll leave here full and satisfied. As for the extra charges for refills and extra sides I'm not sure because that wasn't a policy when I used to go, but I suppose things have changed, especially in this economy. I go here for the Gyro sandwich combo! The Gyro was large, plentiful and flavorful, but I would suggest more sauce for the sandwich or offer additional sauce on the side! Very disappointed at this place, the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! My family and I went to eat at this place over the weekend. My father in law, who is handicap asked to used the bathroom, and the waiter pointed to the bathroom and said he could use it. All of the sudden there comes another guy who doesn't even say who he is, stops us from taking him to the bathroom and says that he will not let him use the bathroom, and turns to the waiter to scold him for telling us we could use it. At this point my father in law is feeling really sick, but this guy (maybe the manager) doesn't care, he had absolutely no sympathy or compassion. He saw my father in law was having a hard time moving, but he didn't care, so we had leave. We had to go to THE RESTAURANT ACROSS THE STREET Savor de Mexico Restaurant which has the BEST chile verde burritos. Been coming here for at least 20 years. This is the first time that I have had a bad experience. The girl working the register and taking orders was a total (rhymes with runt) today. I asked for a burger special, but I wanted zucchini instead of fries. I told her I was aware that there is an additional charge and the girl that works night usually applies it. She flat out said, "No, burger combo, you get fries or onion rings, take it or leave it." I mentioned the night crew just usually charges a bit more, she said, "fine, but I am charging you full price for the zucchini, $3.89 + tax." I told her, "Fine, just charge me what you are going to charge me." Needless to say a hamburger special with zucchini and a double burger combo with fries came out to just over $19.00.
