I have been using this company for over 3 years and every time the service is awful! I place an order, they tell me it'll be ready in 2 weeks, then 2+ months later I finally get my order! One time they didn't cure the shirts long enough and the ink washed out. The next time they said my shirts would be ready in 10-14 days, then left on vacation for 2 weeks and didn't start the shirts for a couple weeks after they got back. This last time they had my order and shirts for 2 months before telling me they couldn't even do it because the type of shirt, which is the same shirt they've been printing on for the last 3 years. This was the last straw... I will never do business with them again. They are the worst at communicating, customer service is extremely rude, and they take no responsibility for their actions. Stay away from this place!! read more

After speaking with the young lady on the phone. I stopped in to see if they could help me with iron on numbers on a shirt for my sons adult costume for an event. They were so helpful and made it work! I was so excited since most places wouldn't help us. My son was beyond happy! This great family business was all so kind and caring. It's great to have someone willing to help it's customers. They were very personable too! If I ever need anything designed or orders placed this is the "go to" place to be! This place is a joke, I called to simply get pricing for t shirt printing First thing she tells me is we don't print 1 t shirt I'm so sorry, I replied I never mentioned 1 T-shirt She tells me oh okay, how many I said 20 T-shirts her reply oh I'm sorry we don't print 20 shirts our minimum requirement is 36 shirts at least. So I said okay no problem how much for 36 shirts, she then asks me if I'm providing the shirts or buying from them, I mentioned I'm providing my own shirts, she goes oh I'm sorry we don't use outside t shirts lmaoooo! Wow talk about professionalism, why would you even ask me if I am providing my own shirts??? Stay away from this place they prolly would of end of charging me an arm and a leg to get a shirt printed from them. read more

Great service! Nothing better then a small Mom & Pop shop when it comes to the personal attention you need. Had some work shirts made and they did a nice job. Loved these people! I searched around the area via Google and called every single one. Some businesses simply sounded annoyed or very particular when I talked to them. The main reason why I picked J&Y, besides their fair pricing, was the CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are sooo nice and responsive! Contrary to surrounding places, they gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and I would definitely do business with them again. Our baseball team this year wanted to get the kids names printed on the back of each player's jersey before the season started BUT we only got the shirts the day before the first game at 3pm. I called Evelyn at J & Y and she said they could complete the job for me. She asked me to email the names of the players to her so she could be ready. I arrived at 3:15pm and her and her mom were waiting in the lobby for the shirts. Within 1 hour I walked out with the jerseys!. I never thought I would be able to get the names on the jerseys so fast. The kids were so excited and so were the parents because we were the only team with names.
