I typically use ETSY for my custome t shirts. I was so busy with life and planning his birthday party that by the time I realized his shirt never came it was the day before his birthday. I panicked. I needed to find a shop with a 24 hour turn around time. Chat GPT found MMM Embroidery. i called at 8:00am, Modesto saved the day. he told me he could help. all I needed to do was bring him the shirt, use Chat GPT to create the design and send it to him. the shirt was done before 3 pm that day!It was far better than the shirt I ordered from ETSY! His customer service was 10 out of 10! i will use him for all of my custom T shirts going forward! thanks Modesto!!!

I mostly dealt with John, who was not only very accommodating but extremely prompt as well, but everyone I encountered during my visits were very kind. I brought my custom embroidery request to Step in House with very little idea of how the process would work. John was very patient with me in explaining what would be required for this project and very straightforward with the process/pricing. The pricing was unbelievably fair for what I needed done, and John was helpful every step of the way. AND they did it in about a day (and this was no small task!), which is much faster than I expected. As far as the embroidery goes: the colors choices were extensive, John helped set up a design that was EXACTLY what I wanted, and the finished product was absolutely stunning. I will definitely be going back; they are professional, friendly, fast, well-priced, and offer a broad range of services. Thanks for the great job!
