The service is always friendly and the store well stocked. My last trip was for New York strip steaks. I also love their house blended rubs! There's almost nothing you can't find here. They have everything from duck to Turducken. Did I mention the rotisserie chicken or divine homemade pies? Peach & Apple all delicious. I had a few basic questions about their products and pricing, and it felt like I was inconveniencing the staff just by asking. There was little effort to explain options or provide recommendations. The store itself also seemed disorganized and not as clean as I would expect from a meat market. The display cases didn't look well-maintained, and some products appeared poorly labeled, making it hard to tell what I was purchasing. On top of that, the pricing didn't reflect the level of quality or service provided. I expected better overall professionalism and attention to detail. Based on this visit, I wouldn't return or recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made in customer service and store upkeep.

I called multiple times while I got the run around and finally was told "it must have been thrown out". Mind you, I specifically told them on the purchase sheet that I wanted all the fat from these animals. These are grass fed and finished steers so I take my beef fat seriously for my family. I never even received a genuine apology. The lard was thrown in food grade trash bags that were wide open due to how much fat they loaded into them. I have never experienced that from any processors in the past. I'm disappointed. I thought I finally found a processor that I could stay with while I grow my farm.
