They come out, measure and then disappear for another year. Then they send out another estimator who measures and then disappears for another year. Latest rain destroyed my side door. I saw the problem coming and tried my best to get them out one last time. No one answers the phone and a personal visit accomplishes nothing. I guess I don't learn. They just don't give a damn.

During the recent storms I developed a water leak. I was pissed as you can imagine. I called Lines and Lundgreen and they found the problem right away. The air-conditioning subcontractors had left the electric lines unsealed, breaker box open and scrap wire on my roof. Thier man Kevin Tunell not only showed me pictures of the problem,then went on to seal the electrical conduit. Now mind you this is after the adjuster for the insurance company had came by and inspected it. The insurance adjuster only would tell me that I would get his report.
