We paid 100% upfront, and after three telephone calls and NO CALL BACK OR UPDATE, I decided to stop in to inquire why it's taking so long. The manager was condescending, and simply wanted only to wait on those looking to buy product instead of servicing. Their commitment to customer service is completely absent. They have a polished sales pitch, but do not follow through after the sale. My suggestion is to be very careful and remember this is a publicly traded company and backed by Private Equity. He was professional and honest, and even helped me to get my lamp in the car.
