They also thoughtfully included crumbled cheese for people who want to curb the spice. Service was quick and nice. It makes for a heavy, heavy meal and lacks the unique nutty flavor of normal injera. After eating 10% of the meal I wanted a nap. And didn't want any more of the meal. I guess this is heavily Americanized Ethiopian food? Or the chef isn't really a cook? Whatever the logic, it's simply not that good. Such a pity. When Ethiopian is done right it's a truly wonderful cuisine. The food here is fine if bland. But bears too little resemblance to Ethiopian dishes you'd find in a larger city.
