Very happy with the results and the service. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

But that's exactly what I got with Pineda's Tree Care. I had a tree leaning into my driveway that was making parking in the back of my house feel like an obstacle course. After reaching out, I got a quick response, a fantastic price, and great communication throughout the entire process. What impressed me most, though, was the attention to detail. While assessing the tree, they noticed a few other areas around the property that could become dangerous and took the time to bring them to my attention. No pressure, no unnecessary sales pitch, just someone who clearly knows their business and cares about doing right by their customers. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. My driveway is accessible again, my car is grateful, and I've officially found my go-to tree service. If you're anywhere in the Valley and need tree work done, give Pinedas Tree Care a call. Good service at a fair price deserves to be recognized, and these guys earned every star!

I have had my trees and hedges maintained for over 20 years, and this was by far the best work I have ever had done. From the beginning, Jim and Valerie, the owners, were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The estimate was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was absolutely exceptional. Their crew trimmed the enormous hedges surrounding my property as well as all of my trees, and the results were outstanding. The workers were punctual, skilled, meticulous, and clearly took great pride in their work. They went above and beyond my expectations, and the cleanup was impeccable. It is rare to find a company that delivers such exceptional quality, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish. All About Trees exceeded my expectations in every way. I would recommend them without hesitation and I will definitley use them again! Truly a 5-star+++ experience!

Today we had 3 very large pine trees trimmed and our greatest concern is always the furry friends that call these trees home. Other tree companies may scoff, but Mike understands and his crew always look before they cut. We greatly appreciate this. We also wanted to save branches to use in landscape around our yard. We've seen this at various So Cal parks and arboretums and like the way it adds to the "woodsy" feeling to the flora. The guys not only were courteous about this, they also regularly checked to see if we wanted any of the saved branches trimmed. Some yes, but some long ones will get a special arrangement and the guys helped haul those to a separate staging area. Aside from the 3 very large pines, we had cypress, juniper and a "smaller", juvenile pine we needed trimmed and "tipped." The juniper has a draping privacy aspect to a side patio Hubs was thinking of clearing out, but after walking through and cutting as Hubs pointed, we had a nicely sculpted, shorter drape w/dead branches cleaned out and perfect clearance from the house. The additional pine needed to be clear of a property line, but we also are working towards a particular shape with that tree, since it's young. The crew understood everything, communication was great and Hubs is happy with the results. If you are in need of an excellent, licensed, bonded, professional crew - that has been working together for over 20 years! - call All about trees. Valerie will answer and get you on Mike's calendar for an estimate. Tell them "CC" sent you. Cheers! "CC"

We paid nearly $1400 to have the trees water-pressured/power washed. Supposedly there would be a follow-up application of a solution to further eliminate remaining pests and prevent re-infestation. We're not even sure this follow-up was ever done. Either way, the expensive power wash and treatment did nothing to eliminate the issue. When we tried to follow up with the company (with at least 4 phone calls), Sergio or ANYONE never called us back. TBH, it feels like they are avoiding us altogether. Again, not only are we disappointed that the treatments didn't work, but even more disappointed that the customer service is so terrible.

I had contacted other tree companies in the past, but none inspired enough confidence for me to trust them with such a large, mature tree. Then I remembered a flyer I received from Thrifty Tree Service and decided to make one more call. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Chris came to my home the very same day. He took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what work would be done and, most importantly, reassured me that my beautiful pine tree would not become dangerously top-heavy after trimming. His detailed explanation gave me confidence that no other company was able to provide. What impressed me even more was his professionalism. Before I had even returned to my computer after our meeting, Chris had already emailed me his California State Contractor's License, proof of Liability Insurance, a detailed written estimate outlining every aspect of the job, and an approval form for my signature. That level of organization and customer service is rare these days. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, treated my property with respect, and left everything spotless when they finished. The cleanup was every bit as impressive as the tree work itself. The transformation of my pine tree is incredible. It's healthier, beautifully shaped, insurance-compliant, and has become the envy of my entire neighborhood.
